Terms of Service – The Aesthetics Skin

4.1 Making a Booking

All appointments are subject to availability. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

You must provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair access to our services for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• 48+ hours before appointment: Free cancellation with full refund
• 24-48 hours before appointment: Cancellation allowed, 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 24 hours before appointment: No cancellation allowed, full charge applies
• No-show: Full charge, no refund

4.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your first reschedule is free of charge.

Subsequent reschedules may incur an administrative fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before appointment will be treated as cancellations under our cancellation policy.

4.4 Late Arrival

We provide a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly with no price adjustment. Repeated late arrivals may result in booking restrictions.

4.5 Appointment Changes by The Aesthetics Skin

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative times.

A full refund is available if no suitable alternative can be arranged.

5.1 Orders

All product prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Payment must be completed to confirm your order.

5.2 Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. We will notify you if ordered items are out of stock.

You may choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.

5.3 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Unopened products: May be returned within 7 days of delivery for full refund
• Opened/used products: No returns accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons
• Defective products: Full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving returned items

5.4 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallet payments through our payment processor Midtrans.

Payment is required at time of booking or purchase. For certain treatments, a deposit may be required.

6.2 Pricing

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Promotional prices are valid for limited time periods only.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6.3 Failed Payments

Orders or bookings with failed payments will be automatically cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment information.

7.1 Professional Consultation

All aesthetic treatments are performed by qualified professionals. Information on our platform is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

Always consult with our practitioners before undergoing any treatment. Individual results may vary.

7.2 Health & Safety

You must disclose all relevant medical history and conditions prior to any treatment. Failure to disclose medical information may result in adverse reactions.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inadvisable. You assume all risks associated with treatments after proper consultation.

7.3 Contraindications

Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with specific medical conditions, or those taking certain medications.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health status.

7.4 Treatment Results

We strive to provide the best possible results, however:

• We are not liable for treatment results that do not meet your expectations
• We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions
• We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to treatment
• Results may vary based on individual factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

16.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
